Vuma Reach Prepaid Payments (with EasyPay)

1. Get Your Reference Number

  • You’ll get a unique EasyPay reference via email/SMS after signing up.
  • It’s also in your Customer Zone: go to My Services → Account Details.

2. Pay Online via Webafrica Payment Portal

  • Go to pay.webafrica.co.za/vumatelreach.
  • Enter your registered phone number; receive an OTP via SMS.
  • Choose your payment method (card) and complete payment.
  • Service activates instantly once payment is confirmed.

3. Pay with EasyPay (App or In‑Store)

EasyPay App

  • Open the EasyPay app. Tap Pay a bill → EasyPay Bill.
  • Enter your EasyPay reference and amount. Pay using your pre-loaded card.

In‑Store Payments

  • Visit any participating store (e.g., Pick n Pay, Checkers, Boxer, Spar, Woolworths, PEP, Kazang vendors).
  • Provide your EasyPay reference number and pay in cash or card.
  • Allow a couple of hours for the payment to reflect.

4. Billing & Activation

  • Vuma Reach bills in advance for 30 days.
  • You’ll only receive an invoice after successful payment.
  • If your area isn’t live yet, you’ll get your reference number once it is, then pay to activate.

  • Always pay before your current voucher expires to avoid suspension.
  • Online payments are the fastest; they activate immediately.
  • In-store payments may take several hours to show up.
