Need more speed or an extra line? No problem! Here’s how to add new services through your Webafrica Customer Zone:
1. Log into Your Customer Zone
- Head over to Webafrica Customer Zone and enter your login details.
2. Navigate to ‘Order New Services’
- Once logged in, click on ‘Order New’ in the left side panel.

3. Check Service Availability
- Enter your full physical address to see which services are available at your location.

4. Choose Your Service Type
- You’ll see available service types like Fibre, LTE, or ADSL. Select the one that suits your needs.

5. Pick a Package
- Browse through the available packages. Once you’ve found your ideal plan, click the ‘Order My FIBRE/ADSL/LTE‘ button.

6. Complete the Order
- Follow the prompts for adding your personal information/billing
And that’s it! You’re all set to enjoy your new Webafrica service.
