Managing Your Billing on the Webafrica Mobile App

The Webafrica mobile app makes it easy to stay on top of your account. Here’s how you can manage your billing, pay overdue amounts, and update your payment details from your phone.


1. View Your Account Balance

From the Billing tab:

  • You’ll see your current balance and any overdue amount.
  • Tap “View Statement” to see your full billing history for the last 180 days.

2. Pay Your Overdue Amount

To settle your overdue balance:

  1. Tapping the overdue amout will take you to the payment screen.
  2. Enter your card details (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.).
  3. Confirm the payment.

3. View or Download Invoices

Need a copy of your invoice?

  1. From the Billing page, scroll to the Invoice section.
  2. Tap View PDF or Download PDF.
  3. You’ll see a detailed statement showing dates, descriptions, due dates, and your balance.


4. Update Payment Details

If you want to switch to debit order or update your bank info:

  1. Tap Edit payment details.
  2. Choose your payment method (e.g. debit order or cash).
  3. Enter your bank name, branch code, account holder name, and account number.
  4. Select your account type (cheque, savings, or transmission).

💡 Switching to debit order saves time by automating your monthly payments.
