- Log in to your Customer Zone
- Click on Order New Services
- Enter your full address to check eligibility of services you can receive at your address.
- On the right, if available, choose the type of service you want
- Choose your package, select Get Started and select the service/provider you want
- Select Order MY Fibre/LTE/ADSL
- Follow the prompts for adding your personal information/billing
