You can easily upgrade your packages in your Customer Zone.
- Log into your Customer Zone
- Select My Services
- Select Internet Access

- Click on Upgrade/Downgrade

- Choose the upgrade category from the list displayed. These will be related to your current package
- Find your new product in the list of services

- The activation date will vary depending on the type of internet service you have
- Select Choose Product
- An Upgrade will be immediate
- A Downgrade (an amount less than the current package) will be subject to a calendar month’s notice
