Changing A Package

You can easily upgrade your packages in your Customer Zone.

  • Log into your Customer Zone
  • Select My Services
  • Select Internet Access 
  • Click on Upgrade/Downgrade
  • Choose the upgrade category from the list displayed. These will be related to your current package
  • Find your new product in the list of services
  • The activation date will vary depending on the type of internet service you have
  • Select Choose Product
  • An Upgrade will be immediate
  • A Downgrade (an amount less than the current package) will be subject to a calendar month’s notice
