Step-by-Step Guide
1. Search for the App
- Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
- Search for “Webafrica”.
- Tap on the official Webafrica app with the pink logo.
2. Install the App
- Tap Install.
- Once installed, the app will appear on your home screen.
3. Launch the App
- Tap the Webafrica icon to open the app.
4. Allow Permissions
- When prompted, choose whether to allow the app to access your location.
5. Log In or Create a Profile
- Tap Login if you already have a Webafrica profile.
- New user? Tap Create a Profile and follow the prompts.
6. Enter Your Details
- Use your registered mobile number to log in.
- Or select the option to log in with your username or email address.
7. Enter the OTP
- You’ll receive a One Time PIN (OTP) via SMS.
- Enter the code and tap Verify.
8. Trust the Device (Optional)
- Choose whether you want to trust this device for quicker future logins.
9. Set Up Biometrics (Optional)
- If your phone supports it, enable biometric login for faster access.
- Or tap Skip for now.
10. You’re In!
- You’ll land on your account dashboard where you can:
- View and manage your products
- Check your balance
- Live chat to Support
- Track orders and more
