Your Webafrica Customer Zone lets you manage your account, services, billing, support information, user profiles, and more.
How to log in
- Go to my.webafrica.co.za.
- Enter your login details.
- Click Login.
- Once logged in, you will land on your My Dashboard page.
What you can do in Customer Zone
From your Customer Zone, you can:
- View your account status
- Check your current balance
- View and manage your services
- Check your orders
- Manage your billing
- View account messages
- Update your account details
- Manage user profiles
- Update notification preferences
- Change your OTP number
- Access support options
Forgot your login details?
If you cannot remember your login details, use the forgotten login or password reset option on the login page.
Follow the prompts to recover your login details or reset your password.
After logging in
Once you are logged in, use the left-hand menu to navigate your account.
The main menu sections may include:
- My Dashboard
- My Services
- My Billing
- Support
- My Account
Some menu items can be expanded to show more options.

Make sure you use the correct Webafrica login page: my.webafrica.co.za.
For security, do not share your Customer Zone password or OTP with anyone. Webafrica may use your registered contact details to send important account and security notifications.
