Your Webafrica Customer Zone is where you manage your account, services, billing, support options, and profile settings.
Once you log in, you will land on your My Dashboard page. From here, you can use the menu on the left to move between the different sections of your account.
What you can see on your dashboard
Your dashboard gives you a quick overview of your Webafrica account.
You may see:
- Your username
- Your account number
- Your last login date and time
- Your account status
- Your current balance
- Your services
- Your orders
- Any account messages
You can also use the My Billing button from the account status card to go directly to your billing section.
Use the left-hand menu
The left-hand menu is the main way to move around your Customer Zone.
The menu sections may include:
- My Dashboard
- My Services
- Download Our App
- Just For You
- My Messages
- My Billing
- Moving Homes
- Support
- My Account
Some menu sections can be expanded to show more options.
My Services
Use My Services to view and manage your Webafrica products.
This section may include:
- All Services
- My Email Accounts
- My Hardware
- My Orders
- EarnMore Network
- Order New
From here, you can check your active services, view your hardware, manage email accounts, check orders, or order something new.
Download Our App
Use Download Our App to find the Webafrica app for your device.
The available options may include:
- Android
- iOS
- Huawei
Just For You
The Just For You section may show offers, recommendations, or account-specific options available to you.
My Messages
Use My Messages to view messages linked to your Webafrica account.
If there are no messages, your dashboard may show No Messages.
My Billing
Use My Billing to view and manage your billing information.
This is where you may be able to:
- View your current balance
- Check invoices
- Manage payment information
- Make payments
- Review billing activity
Moving Homes
Use Moving Homes if you are moving to a new address and need help moving your Webafrica service.
Support
Use Support when you need help with your account or service.
This section may include:
- Live Chat
- Help Centre
- Network Status
You can use these options to chat to support, search help articles, or check for network issues and outages.
My Account
Use My Account to manage your account and profile settings.
This section may include:
- Account Details
- User Profiles
- Linked Social Accounts
Use Account Details to view or update editable personal and address details.
Use User Profiles to manage user access, contact details, notification preferences, profile passwords, and OTP numbers.
Use Linked Social Accounts to manage any social accounts linked to your Webafrica login.
