Need help fast? You can chat to us directly from the Webafrica Mobile app using our secure live chat option. Here’s how to start a chat session.
1. Open the Live Chat
- Tap the “Live Chat” tab at the bottom of the app.
- You’ll see a welcome screen asking for your mobile number.

2. Enter Your Mobile Number
- Type in your mobile number and tap Submit.
- We’ll send you a One-Time PIN (OTP) via SMS for security.

3. Enter the OTP
- Once you receive the SMS, type the 4-digit OTP into the app.
- Tap Continue to start chatting.

4. Start Your Chat
- You’ll be connected to Willie, our friendly chatbot.
- You can type your question, or use one of the menu shortcuts provided.

5. Menu Shortcuts
For quick help, you can type one of these numbers in the chat:
- 0 – Main Menu
- 1 – Check internet availability in your area
- 2 – Troubleshoot your connection
- 3 – Check for outages
- 4 – Speak to an agent
- 5 – Line fault updates
- 6 – Search Knowledgebase
6. Tips for Better Help
- Keep your search terms short and clear (e.g. help with WiFi).
- If you need to speak to a person, type 4 to reach an agent.
