1. Where to Find Your Notifications
- Log into the Webafrica mobile app.
- Tap the bell icon at the top right of the screen.
- This will open your Notifications Inbox.
2. Types of Notifications You’ll Receive
Your notifications may include:
- Payment Reminders
- Account Arrears Alerts
- Network Outage Notices
- Product Updates
- Feature Releases or App Info
- Promotions and Special Offers
3. Manage Your Notification Preferences
- Tap the settings icon in the top-right corner of the Notifications page.
- From here, you can enable or disable:
- Push Notifications (toggle all on/off)
- Promotional Notifications
- Informational Updates
- Account Changes
- Payment Confirmations
- Product Changes
- Network Outage Alerts
- Account Arrears Warnings
4. Can’t See Any Notifications?
- Make sure Push Notifications are enabled in the app and phone settings.
- If you’ve recently installed or updated the app, go to your phone settings > Apps > Webafrica > Notifications and allow permissions.
