Mandatory Two Step Authentication (2FA)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Antispam Cloud may require you to enable 2FA immediately, even if you did not switch it on yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will see a screen showing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A QR code<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A setup key<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A field to enter the six-digit authentication code<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Use an authenticator app such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Google Authenticator<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Microsoft Authenticator<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Scan the QR code or enter the key manually.<br>Enter the six-digit code displayed in your app and click <strong>Submit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2FA is now active, and you will need the six-digit code for each login.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you get a new phone and lose your codes, you can follow from <strong>Step 1<\/strong> again to <strong>Retrieve log-in link<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"567\" height=\"896\" src=\"https:\/\/knowledge.webafrica.co.za\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image-16.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1156\" srcset=\"https:\/\/knowledge.webafrica.co.za\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image-16.png 567w, https:\/\/knowledge.webafrica.co.za\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image-16-190x300.png 190w, https:\/\/knowledge.webafrica.co.za\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image-16-32x50.png 32w, https:\/\/knowledge.webafrica.co.za\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image-16-38x60.png 38w, https:\/\/knowledge.webafrica.co.za\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image-16-63x100.png 63w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 567px) 100vw, 567px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Your Account Dashboard<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Once 2FA is complete, you will land on your dashboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Managing User Profile Settings<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Go to <strong>User\u2019s profile<\/strong> to manage your details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will find:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Local credentials<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Update your password by entering your old password and a new one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Language<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Set the display language for your session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Two Step Authentication<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Toggle or update your 2FA settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Notification settings<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Choose when the system should notify you of account activity such as new IP logins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Click <strong>Save<\/strong> to apply changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9.
