Blinking white means WPS is active. Off means WiFi is off and the router is in power saving mode.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Power light:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Solid white: The router is on and the battery level is high or full.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Blinking white: The battery is charging and the battery level is high.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solid blue: The battery level is medium and the power adapter isn\u2019t connected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Blinking blue: The battery is charging and the battery level is medium.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solid red: The battery level is low and the power adapter isn\u2019t connected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Blinking red: The battery is charging and the battery level is low.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Off: The router is off, or the battery isn\u2019t inserted or working.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Signal light:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Red: The router has a problem. It may not be registered to the mobile network, the nano-SIM may be missing or faulty, there may be no network service, or it may be registered but the data service isn\u2019t connected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solid blue: Connected to the 3G network.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solid white: Connected to the LTE network.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Blinking white: The software is updating.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Off: Power saving mode.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Power button:<\/strong> Press for more than 3 seconds to switch the router on or off.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reset button:<\/strong> Press and hold for about 3 seconds to restore the factory settings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>WAN\/LAN port and status light:<\/strong> Connect to the WAN in Cable Broadband Mode, or connect to a PC. Solid white means the port is connected. Blinking white means data is being transferred. Off means no network cable is connected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>DC IN port:<\/strong> Connect the power adapter here.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>WPS button:<\/strong> Press and hold for about 3 seconds to activate WPS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Battery cover:<\/strong> Open this cover to insert the battery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Nano-SIM card slot:<\/strong> Insert your nano-SIM card here.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Micro-USB port:<\/strong> Only used by the manufacturer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Troubleshooting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">No internet connection<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check the signal light. If it\u2019s red, the router isn\u2019t connected to the network. Check that your SIM card is inserted correctly, then restart the router.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wait 2 minutes after switching the router on<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Restart the router<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Move the router closer to a window<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Slow speeds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">LTE speed depends on signal strength.
