mobile phone or computer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To set it up, you will need your Webafrica VoIP details from your Customer Zone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Before You Start<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Make sure you have:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>An active Webafrica VoIP service<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Zoiper app installed on your device<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your VoIP number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your product username<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your VoIP password<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Webafrica SIP server details<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A stable internet connection<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Webafrica SIP server is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>talk.webafrica.co.za<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Where to Find Your VoIP Details<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 1: Log Into Your Customer Zone<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Log into your Webafrica Customer Zone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 2: Go to My Services<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From the menu on the left, select <strong>My Services<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then select <strong>All Services<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 3: Open Your VoIP Service<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Find your VoIP service in the list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Select the <strong>view<\/strong> icon next to the service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 4: Open VoIP Settings<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the service details page, look for your VoIP service under <strong>Included Services<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Select the <strong>settings<\/strong> icon next to the VoIP service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This will open the <strong>VoIP Settings<\/strong> panel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 5: View Your Access Details<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the <strong>VoIP Settings<\/strong> panel, select <strong>Access Details<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will see the details needed to set up Zoiper, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>VoIP number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Product username<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SIP server<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Password<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For Webafrica VoIP, use the SIP server:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>talk.webafrica.co.za<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Set Up Zoiper<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 1: Open Zoiper<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Open the Zoiper app on your device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If this is your first time using Zoiper, select the option to add a new account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you already use Zoiper, go to <strong>Settings<\/strong> or <strong>Config<\/strong>, then select <strong>Accounts<\/strong> and add a new account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 2: Choose Manual Setup<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Select <strong>Manual setup<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then choose <strong>SIP account<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 3: Enter Your Webafrica VoIP Details<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enter your Webafrica VoIP details as shown in your Customer Zone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Use the following fields as a guide:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><tbody><tr><th>Zoiper Field<\/th><th>What to Enter<\/th><\/tr><tr><td>Account name<\/td><td>Webafrica VoIP, or any name you prefer<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Domain \/ Host<\/td><td>talk.webafrica.co.za<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Username<\/td><td>Your product username<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Password<\/td><td>Your VoIP password<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Caller ID<\/td><td>Your VoIP number, if requested<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after your username, password, or SIP server.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 4: Save the Account<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Select <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zoiper will try to register the account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the account is connected, it should show as <strong>Registered<\/strong>, <strong>OK<\/strong>, or <strong>Ready<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can then make and receive calls using your Webafrica VoIP service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Optional VoIP Settings in Customer Zone<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The VoIP Settings panel also lets you manage other VoIP options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Call Forwarding<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Use <strong>Call Forwarding<\/strong> if you want incoming calls to forward to another number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can choose:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The number calls should forward to<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The forwarding mode<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The timeout before the call forwards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Remember to select <strong>Save<\/strong> after making changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Usage Notifications<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Use <strong>Usage Notifications<\/strong> to choose when SMS usage alerts should be sent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can enable notifications at:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>50%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Remember to select <strong>Save<\/strong> after making changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">If Zoiper Does Not Register<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If Zoiper does not register, check the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your username is correct.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your password is correct.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The SIP server is entered as <strong>talk.webafrica.co.za<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your internet connection is working.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There are no extra spaces in the login details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zoiper is allowed to use WiFi or mobile data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your firewall or router is not blocking VoIP traffic.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">If You Cannot Make or Receive Calls<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If Zoiper registers but calls do not work correctly, try the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Restart the Zoiper app.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Restart your device.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Test on a different internet connection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check that microphone permissions are allowed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check that notifications are allowed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make sure your VoIP service is active.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confirm that your account has not been suspended.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Important Notes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Zoiper is a third-party app and may change its menu names or layout from time to time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Webafrica provides the VoIP service details, but app settings and device permissions are managed by Zoiper and your device.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Call quality depends on your internet connection, WiFi signal, and device performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Emergency calling may not work the same way as a traditional landline.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2
