Start on the Home screen. It usually points you in the right direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Billing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Need to check your balance or sort out a payment? Billing is the place to go.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From the Billing section, you can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>View your current balance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>View and download statements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update payment details<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>View and download invoices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is also a good place to check before contacting support about a payment or account balance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Products section shows the Webafrica services linked to your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on what you have with us, this may include services like Fibre, LTE, VoIP, or other active products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From here, you can view product details and manage options linked to the service you want to check.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Orders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Waiting for an installation, delivery, or new service update?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pop into Orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This section helps you keep track of orders linked to your account, including new sign-ups, equipment orders, installations, or delivery progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Messages and notifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Messages and Notifications keep you in the loop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may see updates about:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your account<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your service<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Billing reminders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support updates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is worth checking this section regularly.
