If your Vuma Reach service has been suspended, it usually means that a payment has not been received or could not be processed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once the outstanding amount is paid and reflects on your account, your service should reconnect automatically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Important: Pay Within 60 Days<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You have 60 days from the date your service is suspended to make payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If payment is not received within 60 days, your service will be cancelled. You will then need to place a new Vuma Reach order and complete the sign-up process again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to Make Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You can pay using the Webafrica App, the Customer Zone or EasyPay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pay Using the Webafrica App<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. Open the Webafrica App.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select Billing<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Tap the overdue amount.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Enter your card details and confirm the payment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Pay Using the Customer Zone<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. Log in to the Webafrica Customer Zone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Go to My Billing<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Find your EasyPay reference number.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      You can then pay using one of the following methods:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Online card payment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Visit pay.webafrica.co.za\/vumatelreach<\/strong> and enter the cellphone number registered on your account. Confirm the OTP sent to you and complete the payment using your bank card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      EasyPay<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Use your EasyPay reference number to pay:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      • At a till point that accepts EasyPay<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Through the EasyPay App<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Using another supported EasyPay payment channel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        How Long Will Reconnection Take?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        Avoid Payment Delays<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        Use only one payment method for each payment. Trying different methods may cause delays while the payment is matched to your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Make sure that you use the correct EasyPay reference number or registered cellphone number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        If you used the wrong payment reference, contact Webafrica Support and provide proof of payment so that the payment can be investigated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Has Your Service Not Reconnected?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        If your payment has reflected but your service is still suspended, restart your Vuma Reach ONT:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          \n
        1. Switch the ONT off at the power source.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Wait at least 30 seconds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Switch it back on.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        4. Allow a few minutes for it to reconnect.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
