Here&#8217;s what to expect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"249\" src=\"https:\/\/knowledge.webafrica.co.za\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-9.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1614\" srcset=\"https:\/\/knowledge.webafrica.co.za\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-9.png 700w, https:\/\/knowledge.webafrica.co.za\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-9-300x107.png 300w, https:\/\/knowledge.webafrica.co.za\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-9-50x18.png 50w, https:\/\/knowledge.webafrica.co.za\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-9-60x21.png 60w, https:\/\/knowledge.webafrica.co.za\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-9-100x36.png 100w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How prepaid billing works<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vuma Reach is billed every 30 days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You pay in advance to keep your service active.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your service starts, or renews, as soon as your payment reflects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your first payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before your installation can be booked, you&#8217;ll need to pay one full 30-day service fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your service is activated on <strong>13 October<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your first payment covers <strong>13 October to 12 November<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After your service has been installed, you&#8217;ll receive a\u00a0<strong>pro-rata charge<\/strong>\u00a0for the remaining days of that month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Using the same example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your first payment covers\u00a0<strong>13 October to 12 November<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On\u00a0<strong>1 November<\/strong>, you&#8217;ll be billed only for\u00a0<strong>13 November to 30 November<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>From there, your ongoing billing date depends on how you pay &#8211; see below.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your billing cycle<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once your pro-rata charge is settled, your ongoing billing date depends on your payment method:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Paying by card or through our online payment gateway:<\/strong>\u00a0your recurring payment date is fixed to the\u00a0<strong>1st of each month<\/strong>, regardless of your original activation date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Paying via EasyPay:<\/strong>\u00a0there&#8217;s no fixed monthly date &#8211; your payment date can vary depending on when you actually make each payment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Either way, you always pay in advance for the upcoming service period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Invoices<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Invoices are generated after a successful payment and are provided for your records.
