{"id":200,"date":"2020-09-01T18:03:22","date_gmt":"2020-09-01T18:03:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/knowledge.webafrica.co.za\/?post_type=ht_kb&#038;p=200"},"modified":"2025-09-26T14:31:11","modified_gmt":"2025-09-26T14:31:11","slug":"debit-mandate-form","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/knowledge.webafrica.co.za\/index.php\/knowledge-base\/debit-mandate-form\/","title":{"rendered":"Debit Mandate Information"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>All debit orders run between the <strong>27th of the month<\/strong> and the <strong>1st of the following month<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How the Debit Mandate Works<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>When you sign up, you\u2019ll agree to a debit order mandate as part of the terms and conditions (this may be read to you telephonically or accepted online).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your <strong>first payment<\/strong> will be deducted 1 &#8211; 2 business days after your first invoice, unless your invoice is issued within 7 days of month-end. In that case, it will be deducted during the normal debit run (between the 27th and 1st).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you want to change your debit order date, you can do so in your <strong>Customer Zone<\/strong> under <strong>My Billing<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Important to Know<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Failed debit orders<\/strong>: If a debit order request fails, a <strong>R50.00 bounce fee<\/strong> may apply.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cut-off date<\/strong>: Any debit order changes or submissions must be made <strong>before the 26th of the month<\/strong> to apply to the current cycle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Avoid duplicates<\/strong>: If you make a manual payment, do it at least <strong>2 days before<\/strong> your debit order date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Notes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All Webafrica deals and packages are subject to change without notice.
