{"id":202,"date":"2020-09-01T18:04:28","date_gmt":"2020-09-01T18:04:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/knowledge.webafrica.co.za\/?post_type=ht_kb&#038;p=202"},"modified":"2020-09-01T18:04:29","modified_gmt":"2020-09-01T18:04:29","slug":"refund-process","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/knowledge.webafrica.co.za\/index.php\/knowledge-base\/refund-process\/","title":{"rendered":"Refund process"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>If a refund is requested, you will be asked to provide the following details:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Account holder name<\/li><li>Bank name<\/li><li>Account number<\/li><li>Branch name<\/li><li>Branch code<\/li><li>Account type<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Refunds are done every Friday.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please also note that if you have active service on the account, any credit balances remaining on the account will be offset against future invoices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Customers on debit order can only be refunded after the 8<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;of the month for the debit order taken on the 1<sup>st<\/sup>&nbsp;business day of that month. Should you want a refund done earlier, please send us a WhatsApp and we will request a copy of your bank statement to confirm that the transaction has indeed been successful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An admin fee of R50.00 will be levied on all overpayments resulting in a refund request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Please note: All Webafrica deals and packages are subject to change without notification.
