If you have already registered or activated your card for 3D Secure with Capitec all you have to do is to proceed to checkout and follow the prompts. You will need to enter your SecureCode password on the checkout screen and click \u2018Submit\u2019 to process your transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>No, I have not registered or activated my card&#8230;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you&#8217;re a Capitec customer and you know that your card has not yet been activated for 3D Secure, please click&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.capitecbank.co.za\/global-one\/transact\/online-shopping\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/cdn.freshdesk.com\/data\/helpdesk\/attachments\/production\/27021191997\/original\/qE-ZRcCMnAu3lVzDbTGABWQRrWEpN-GDOQ.png?1593505238\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Most FNB cards are activated and ready for online use but make sure by going to your online banking:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Login to your FNB online banking profile<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Select the &#8216;My Bank Accounts&#8217; tab<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Then select the &#8216;My Cards&#8217; tab<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Click on the &#8216;Activate Now&#8217; link in the &#8216;Online Secure&#8217; column<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 You will be sent an OTP via SMS or email&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Enter this in the OTP field and &#8216;Submit&#8217;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Once done, your card will be activated to 3D Secure<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are still having issues, please visit FNB&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fnb.co.za\/downloads\/online-banking-documentation\/verified-by-visa-faq-fnb.pdf\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">online&nbsp;<\/a>or call them on (011) 369-2999<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/cdn.freshdesk.com\/data\/helpdesk\/attachments\/production\/27021192024\/original\/ZFbsnBcZXIbONqB-m-7WXXgOyU5cK77_cA.JPG?1593505345\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Standard Bank cardholders no longer need to register\/activate 3D Secure. Just proceed to checkout and follow the prompts. You will see a screen requesting you to confirm your cell phone number so that a Nedbank Approve-it\u2122 message can be sent to you.
