{"id":208,"date":"2020-09-01T18:39:15","date_gmt":"2020-09-01T18:39:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/knowledge.webafrica.co.za\/?post_type=ht_kb&#038;p=208"},"modified":"2026-06-26T07:42:58","modified_gmt":"2026-06-26T07:42:58","slug":"how-to-log-into-your-customer-zone","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/knowledge.webafrica.co.za\/index.php\/knowledge-base\/how-to-log-into-your-customer-zone\/","title":{"rendered":"How to Log into Your Customer Zone"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your Webafrica Customer Zone lets you manage your account, services, billing, support information, user profiles, and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to log in<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to <strong>my.webafrica.co.za<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter your login details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Login<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once logged in, you will land on your <strong>My Dashboard<\/strong> page.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What you can do in Customer Zone<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From your Customer Zone, you can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>View your account status<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check your current balance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>View and manage your services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check your orders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage your billing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>View account messages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update your account details<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage user profiles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update notification preferences<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Change your OTP number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access support options<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Forgot your login details?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you cannot remember your login details, use the forgotten login or password reset option on the login page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Follow the prompts to recover your login details or reset your password.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">After logging in<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once you are logged in, use the left-hand menu to navigate your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The main menu sections may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>My Dashboard<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>My Services<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>My Billing<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Support<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>My Account<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some menu items can be expanded to show more options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Important to know<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Make sure you use the correct Webafrica login page: <strong>my.webafrica.co.za<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For security, do not share your Customer Zone password or OTP with anyone.
