Some fields are shown for reference only and cannot be updated from this page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"6\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once you have updated your details, click <strong>Update Customer Data<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A confirmation message will appear: <strong>Account update successful<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Close<\/strong> to exit the confirmation message.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Details you can update under Account Details<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can update the available editable fields, which include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mobile number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Home number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Physical address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Postal address<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Important note about your OTP number<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your <strong>OTP Number<\/strong> is displayed under <strong>Account Details<\/strong>, but it cannot be edited from that page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To change your OTP number, you need to go to <strong>User Profiles<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Update your OTP number<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select <strong>My Account<\/strong> from the left-hand menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>User Profiles<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Find the relevant user profile.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the arrow on the right to expand the profile.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Change OTP Number<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the new mobile number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Request OTP<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the OTP sent to the mobile number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Verify OTP<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once complete, you will see a confirmation message: <strong>OTP Number Successfully Updated<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Edit a user profile<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can also update some user profile details from the <strong>User Profiles<\/strong> page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select <strong>My Account<\/strong> from the left-hand menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>User Profiles<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open the relevant user profile by clicking the arrow on the right.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Edit Details<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open the section you want to update.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The available sections include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Personal Details<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Contact Details<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Notifications<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Update user profile contact details<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under <strong>Contact Details<\/strong>, you can update:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Work number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Home number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mobile number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Email address<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After making your changes, click <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Update notification preferences<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under <strong>Notifications<\/strong>, you can choose how Webafrica may contact you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can update your preferences for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Email<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SMS<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Call<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>WhatsApp<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can also manage <strong>Service Notifications<\/strong>, including whether SMS outage notifications are allowed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The available SMS outage notification options include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>No<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Yes &#8211; Incl Restricted hours<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Yes &#8211; Excl Restricted hours<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Restricted hours are between <strong>22:00 and 07:00<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After updating your notification preferences, click <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Change your user profile password<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can also change the password for a user profile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to <strong>My Account<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>User Profiles<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open the relevant user profile.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Change Password<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the new password.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confirm the new password.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Important to know<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please make sure your contact details are correct.
