Moving Home can be a pain, but thanks to our new “Moving Home” service, moving your internet is easy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To use our “Moving Home” service, simply login to your Customer Zone <\/a>and click the icon at the top of the screen which says “Moving Home<\/a>“.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will be guided through the process one easy step and a time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1:<\/strong> Select the appropriate option from the choices as shown below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NEXT: <\/strong>Let us know which of your services you’re moving:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2:<\/strong> Tell us where you’re going so that we can find out what’s available to you at your new address: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

NEXT: <\/strong>Select a service from the options which come up in your search results, and click “Order My Fibre” \/ “Order My LTE” : <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3: <\/strong>Give us some details about when you are moving, what kind of home you are moving to and when you would like your current service to end: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After that, all you need to do is click the “Submit<\/strong>” button and you’re good to go.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
