We have a dedicated &#8220;Changing Tech&#8221; service built right into your Customer Zone for your convenience.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So if you would like to change from, say, an ADSL connection to a faster connection such as LTE or Fibre, then simply follow the process below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Log in to your customer zone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see that the internet options for the address we have on record for you will automatically be displayed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If we have the wrong address on record for you, don&#8217;t worry, you will have a chance to update it in step 2 of this process. Select an option from your options list.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.
