The automatic bot on our website is a program which has been trained to field your questions and point you towards useful support articles (such as this one!). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We find that most customer queries can be answered by one of our useful support articles, and Willy helps you find them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you need to communicate with a real live support agent you will need to log a ticket in your\u00a0customer zone<\/a>\u00a0or give us a call at our support centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please be aware that “Live chat” is not the same as our “Willy bot”. When you connect via : live chat” you are communicating with a real ticketing agent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will know the difference because our agents will introduce themselves, and none of them is named “Willy”. \ud83d\ude42 <\/p>\n\n\n\n
