Webafrica has a calendar month cancellation policy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note:<\/strong> Cancellation processing or clawback fees may apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Free-to-Use Router<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Free-to-use routers are exactly that – free to use for as long as you are with Webafrica and using the relevant service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you cancel your service, you will be billed for your router or you may return it to us in its original condition and packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • You have 20 days<\/strong> from the time your service is deactivated (turned off at the end of your one month\u2019s notice) to return the router.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • We will send you a reminder on day 10<\/strong> if we have not yet received your router.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • If we do not receive your router within the 20-day return period<\/strong>, you will be billed, and it will become your property.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Include your name and Webafrica customer code<\/strong> when returning your router.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • No router returns<\/strong> will be accepted after 20 days have passed from the time your account was deactivated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • All courier costs<\/strong> involved in returning the router are for your own account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • You will be charged the original retail value<\/strong> of the router.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Once the router becomes your property, it is no longer insured by Webafrica<\/strong>, and we will not be liable for any damage or faults.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Fibre Installation \/ Connection Fees<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    If you cancel your Fibre service, you will be liable for the standard termination fee of R999<\/strong>.
    This permanent termination fee applies to all Fibre cancellations<\/strong>, regardless of how long your service has been active.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Placing a Cancellation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    You can give your one calendar month\u2019s notice<\/strong> via one of our friendly agents on WhatsApp<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If your service has been suspended due to non-payment<\/strong>, you have 30 days<\/strong> to settle and restore your service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If you do not make payment within 30 days, Webafrica will cancel your service. This will be treated as a standard cancellation<\/strong>, and all of the above rules will apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If you wish to reactivate your service<\/strong> after cancellation, you will be liable for any reconnection and administration fees<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
