Step 1: Start the Outlook Email Setup<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Open Microsoft Outlook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If this is the first time you are opening Outlook, the Microsoft Outlook Account Setup screen will appear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        On the POP and IMAP Account Settings screen, enter your email account information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Your Name<\/td>Enter your name as you want it to appear when sending emails.<\/td><\/tr>
        Email Address<\/td>Enter your full Webafrica email address.<\/td><\/tr>
        Account Type<\/td>Select IMAP<\/strong>.<\/td><\/tr>
        Incoming Mail Server<\/td>Enter mail.webafrica.org.za<\/code>.<\/td><\/tr>
        Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)<\/td>Enter mail.webafrica.org.za<\/code>.<\/td><\/tr>
        User Name<\/td>Enter your full Webafrica email address.<\/td><\/tr>

        Tick Remember password<\/strong> if you want Outlook to save your password.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 6: Set the Advanced Server Settings<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          1. Select the\u00a0Advanced<\/strong>\u00a0tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. Set\u00a0Incoming server (IMAP)<\/strong>\u00a0to\u00a0993<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          3. Set the incoming encrypted connection to\u00a0SSL\/TLS<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          4. Set\u00a0Outgoing server (SMTP)<\/strong>\u00a0to\u00a0587<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          5. Set the outgoing encrypted connection to\u00a0STARTTLS<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          6. Select\u00a0OK<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
