{"id":922,"date":"2025-06-06T11:51:05","date_gmt":"2025-06-06T11:51:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/knowledge.webafrica.co.za\/?post_type=ht_kb&#038;p=922"},"modified":"2025-06-13T09:22:13","modified_gmt":"2025-06-13T09:22:13","slug":"changing-a-package-2","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/knowledge.webafrica.co.za\/index.php\/knowledge-base\/changing-a-package-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Changing a Package"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>You can easily upgrade your package in the new <strong>Customer Zone<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Here\u2019s how:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Log in<\/strong> to the <a href=\"https:\/\/my.webafrica.co.za\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/my.webafrica.co.za\/\">Customer Zone<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to <strong>My Services<\/strong> \u2192 <strong>All Services<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the product you want to change<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on <strong>Change<\/strong> \u2192 <strong>Change Product<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose <strong>Upgrade or Downgrade Product<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Find your new product from the available options<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Choose This Option<\/strong> to confirm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confirm your service change by clicking <strong>Confirm Change<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Important Notes:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Upgrades<\/strong> are activated immediately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Downgrades<\/strong> (where the new package is cheaper) require a <strong>calendar month\u2019s notice<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>activation date<\/strong> depends on the type of internet service you have.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All Webafrica deals and packages are subject to change without notice.
