Here\u2019s what you can do:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Things You Can Do in Your Customer Zone:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Update your personal or banking details<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>View and download your invoices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check network status updates (e.g. outages or maintenance)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>View your service usage breakdown<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Order new services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Request a move to a new address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upgrade your technology<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Access Your Customer Zone:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to the <a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.webafrica.co.za\">Webafrica website<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Login<\/strong> at the top right corner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter your email and password<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Forgot your password? No problem. Click <strong>Lost Password<\/strong> on the login screen to reset it.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Navigating Your Dashboard:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use the left side menu to access various options. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To upgrade or change your service, just click <strong>My Services<\/strong> \u2192 <strong>All Services<\/strong> and select the product you want to change.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> All Webafrica packages, prices, and deals are subject to change without notice.
