1. Where to Find Your Notifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Log into the Webafrica mobile app.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Tap the bell icon<\/strong> at the top right of the screen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
This will open your Notifications Inbox<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Account Arrears Alerts<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
Network Outage Notices<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
Product Updates<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
Feature Releases or App Info<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
Promotions and Special Offers<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
3. Manage Your Notification Preferences<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n
Tap the settings icon<\/strong> in the top-right corner of the Notifications page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
From here, you can enable or disable:\n

Push Notifications (toggle all on\/off)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
4. Can\u2019t See Any Notifications?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Make sure Push Notifications<\/strong> are enabled in the app and phone settings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
