ADSL New Line Installation Queries

Telkom now deals with new line installations directly.

You can now contact Telkom on 10210 or visit one of their closest stores nationwide.


Once they have installed your line and confirmed the line to be activated from their side, please contact us on 086 000 9555/sales@webafrica.co.za  – so that we may start getting the ADSL ready on your line.

ADSL line conversions can take between 1 and 14 working days, depending on Telkom’s workload in your area.
