You can easily upgrade your package in the new Customer Zone.
Here’s how:
- Log in to the Customer Zone
- Go to My Services → All Services
- Select the product you want to change
- Click on Change → Change Product
- Choose Upgrade or Downgrade Product
- Find your new product from the available options
- Click Choose This Option to confirm
- Confirm your service change by clicking Confirm Change
Important Notes:
- Upgrades are activated immediately.
- Downgrades (where the new package is cheaper) require a calendar month’s notice.
- The activation date depends on the type of internet service you have.
- All Webafrica deals and packages are subject to change without notice. This includes pricing, deal structures, and terms set by our service providers.
