Changing a Package

You can easily upgrade your package in the new Customer Zone.

Here’s how:

  1. Log in to the Customer Zone
  2. Go to My ServicesAll Services
  3. Select the product you want to change
  4. Click on ChangeChange Product
  5. Choose Upgrade or Downgrade Product
  6. Find your new product from the available options
  7. Click Choose This Option to confirm
  8. Confirm your service change by clicking Confirm Change

Important Notes:

  • Upgrades are activated immediately.
  • Downgrades (where the new package is cheaper) require a calendar month’s notice.
  • The activation date depends on the type of internet service you have.
  • All Webafrica deals and packages are subject to change without notice. This includes pricing, deal structures, and terms set by our service providers.
