How To Port Your Existing Landline Number

Porting your existing landline number is a simple task. All that you need to do is submit the Authorisation Form (can be found in your Voice Interface) as well as other accompanying documents (proof of identity and proof of residential address) and we do the rest. It’s that simple!

See below the simple steps to download and send your Authorisation Form.

Step 1:

You can access your Customer Zone and Voice Interface via the welcome mailer you received when you signed up or click here, then sign in.

Step 2:

Once in your Customer Zone, click on the ‘My Services’ tab and select the ‘Voice’ tab to access your Voice Interface.

Step 3:

Select ‘Manage My Account‘ to proceed to the interface:

Step 4:

Once in your Voice Interface, there is a tab (‘Transfer Number’) to transfer your landline.

Step 5:

Once in the ‘Transfer Number’ tab, there are 4 easy steps to port your number successfully.
