How to Use Your Customer Zone

The Webafrica Customer Zone gives you control over your account, services, and updates. Here’s what you can do:

Things You Can Do in Your Customer Zone:

  • Update your personal or banking details
  • View and download your invoices
  • Check network status updates (e.g. outages or maintenance)
  • View your service usage breakdown
  • Order new services
  • Request a move to a new address
  • Upgrade your technology

How to Access Your Customer Zone:

  1. Go to the Webafrica website
  2. Click Login at the top right corner
  3. Enter your email and password

Forgot your password? No problem. Click Lost Password on the login screen to reset it.

  • Use the left side menu to access various options.
  • To upgrade or change your service, just click My ServicesAll Services and select the product you want to change.
