The Webafrica Customer Zone gives you control over your account, services, and updates. Here’s what you can do:
Things You Can Do in Your Customer Zone:
- Update your personal or banking details
- View and download your invoices
- Check network status updates (e.g. outages or maintenance)
- View your service usage breakdown
- Order new services
- Request a move to a new address
- Upgrade your technology
How to Access Your Customer Zone:
- Go to the Webafrica website
- Click Login at the top right corner
- Enter your email and password
Forgot your password? No problem. Click Lost Password on the login screen to reset it.
Navigating Your Dashboard:
- Use the left side menu to access various options.
- To upgrade or change your service, just click My Services → All Services and select the product you want to change.
