What is the Sales Programme?
Our Refer and Earn programme rewards our loyal customers for referring friends and family to order one of our Fibre or Fixed LTE internet services. Normally, we give you R200 cash for every order from a new customer (using your unique referral link) whose internet service has gone active.
For a limited time only, you will earn R300 for all sales on Fibre and Fixed LTE services (excl. Vuma Key and the Vuma Reach 10Mbps package). On the Vuma Reach 10Mbps package and all Vuma Key services, you will earn R250 for each referral, and R200 for any 30-day Frogfoot Rise package.
Do I Have To Be A Webafrica Customer To Earn Commission?
No, the Refer and Earn programme is for everyone, however, we highly recommend you try our internet for yourself so you know how awesome it is!
How Do I Refer?
It’s so simple. If you are an existing Webafrica customer, log into your Customer Zone and go to Earn Cash at the top of the menu on the right hand of the screen.
If you aren’t a customer yet, you can head over to our registration page, click “Next” and follow the prompts from there.
On the “Earn Cash” page, you will find your unique link.

Once you have your link, you can:
- Post it on your Facebook page
- Promote it on your Twitter account
- Email it to your friends or family
- Post it on your website/blog
Or give it out in any other way you like! We have added some examples of how you can spread the word on your Customer Zone so have a look under “Start Sharing”.
How Much Commission Do I Earn?
Normally, you will get a once-off flat rate of R200 for each referral (once their internet service goes active).
From 3 October 2023, for a limited time only, you will earn R300 for all sales on Fibre and Fixed LTE services (excl. Vuma Key and the Vuma Reach 10Mbps package). On the Vuma Reach 10Mbps package and all Vuma Key services, you will earn R250 for each referral, and R200 for any 30-day Frogfoot Rise package.
What Happens If One of My Referrals Cancels Their Services with Webafrica?
You will no longer earn a commission on cancelled services.
What Can I Do with My Commission?
If you have an available commission balance of at least R500, you can request a withdrawal. You can find the withdrawal button at the bottom of the “Your Referrals” tab on the Affiliates page in your Customer Zone.
How Do I Monitor My Referrals and Withdraw My Commission?
Log into your Customer Zone and click on Earn Cash on the menu on the left. Here you’ll be able to keep track of your referrals and their related commission, as well as request withdrawal of commission.

IMPORTANT: Refer and Earn commission cannot be earned by reseller partners. Commission can only be made on active, paid-up services. Once-off commission can only be earned once the referred customer’s new internet service (which they order via your unique link) goes active. Payment must be made from the referred customer’s credit card or bank account.
