What to Do If Your Vuma Reach Service Is Suspended

If your Vuma Reach service has been suspended, it usually means that a payment has not been received or could not be processed.

Once the outstanding amount is paid and reflects on your account, your service should reconnect automatically.

Important: Pay Within 60 Days

You have 60 days from the date your service is suspended to make payment.

If payment is not received within 60 days, your service will be cancelled. You will then need to place a new Vuma Reach order and complete the sign-up process again.

How to Make Payment

You can pay using the Webafrica App, the Customer Zone or EasyPay.

Pay Using the Webafrica App

  1. Open the Webafrica App.
  2. Select Billing.
  3. Tap the overdue amount.
  4. Enter your card details and confirm the payment.

Pay Using the Customer Zone

  1. Log in to the Webafrica Customer Zone.
  2. Go to My Billing.
  3. Find your EasyPay reference number.

You can then pay using one of the following methods:

Online card payment

Visit pay.webafrica.co.za/vumatelreach and enter the cellphone number registered on your account. Confirm the OTP sent to you and complete the payment using your bank card.

EasyPay

Use your EasyPay reference number to pay:

  • At a till point that accepts EasyPay
  • Through the EasyPay App
  • Using another supported EasyPay payment channel

How Long Will Reconnection Take?

Payment methodExpected reconnection time
Webafrica App or online card paymentUsually almost immediate
EasyPay or in-store paymentMay take a few hours to reflect

Avoid Payment Delays

Use only one payment method for each payment. Trying different methods may cause delays while the payment is matched to your account.

Make sure that you use the correct EasyPay reference number or registered cellphone number.

If you used the wrong payment reference, contact Webafrica Support and provide proof of payment so that the payment can be investigated.

Has Your Service Not Reconnected?

If your payment has reflected but your service is still suspended, restart your Vuma Reach ONT:

  1. Switch the ONT off at the power source.
  2. Wait at least 30 seconds.
  3. Switch it back on.
  4. Allow a few minutes for it to reconnect.

Contact Webafrica Support if your service remains suspended after completing these checks.
