How to Pay for Your Vuma Reach Service

Your Vuma Reach service must be paid for in advance for each 30-day service period. You can pay using the Webafrica app, our online payment portal or EasyPay.

Option 1: Pay using the Webafrica app

  1. Open the Webafrica app.
  2. Select Billing.
  3. Tap the amount due.
  4. Enter your card details and confirm the payment.

Option 2: Pay through our online payment portal

This is the quickest option when you do not want to use the app.

  1. Go to pay.webafrica.co.za
  2. Enter the mobile number registered to your Webafrica account.
  3. Select Send.
  4. Enter the One-Time PIN sent to you by SMS.
  5. Select Continue.
  6. Choose your payment method and follow the instructions to complete your payment.

Your service will be activated or renewed once the payment has been confirmed.

Option 3: Pay using EasyPay

You will need your unique EasyPay reference number. This was sent to you when you signed up and can also be found under My Billing in your Customer Zone.

Pay at a participating retailer

Take your EasyPay reference number to a participating retailer such as:

  • Pick n Pay
  • Checkers
  • Boxer
  • PEP
  • SPAR

Tell the cashier how much you would like to pay and keep your receipt as proof of payment.

Please note: In-store EasyPay payments may take a few hours to reflect on your account. Keep your receipt as proof of payment and allow time for the payment to process before contacting Support.

Pay using the EasyPay app

  1. Open the EasyPay app.
  2. Select Pay a Bill.
  3. Select EasyPay Bill.
  4. Enter your EasyPay reference number.
  5. Enter the payment amount.
  6. Confirm the payment using your saved debit or credit card.

Switching payment methods

Use only one payment method during each payment cycle.

Switching between card and EasyPay during the same cycle may delay the payment or prevent your service from activating correctly.

Payment not reflecting?

Contact our Support Team if your payment has not been applied or you accidentally used the wrong payment method.

Have your proof of payment ready so we can investigate and assist you faster.
