Switch off your mobile data when you’re at home
Did we mention that your Fibre is unlimited? Yip, that means that you’ll never run out of data or have to pay expensive, out-of-bundle data charges. Our Vuma Reach deal is uncapped and unshaped with no Fair Usage Policy, this means that you can switch off your mobile data when you’re at home and use your Fibre connection with its unlimited data to connect with friends and family without incurring any mobile data costs.
Ready to give Vuma Reach a try? Here are the steps from ordering to activation:
1. Confirm you are covered by Fibre
Enter your address into our interactive Fibre map to see if your property is already covered with Vuma Reach. Simply enter your address into our map, or zoom in, find your house, and drop a pin on it to find out if you are covered. If we are not yet in your area, fear not, more areas will be going live as the infrastructure rolls out.
Please note: Our map will tell you if your area is already Fibre active or if it will be active soon (pre-order stage). If your area is in pre-order, we suggest you place an order now, at no cost to you. This will help you avoid going into a queuing system when your area goes live.
2. Complete your order and make a payment
Follow all the steps to complete your order and make your first payment. Note: The Vuma Reach product is payable via a Payfast link that will be sent to your email/available in your Customer Zone on your Vumatel Reach Service. Remember, you’ll only be required to make a payment if your area is Fibre active. If it is in the pre-order stage, you’ll only need to make a payment when your area goes Fibre live.
3. Wait for your installation
Vuma Reach will be in contact with you to arrange a date and time for the installation, so hang tight because as soon as they’re ready for you they’ll be in touch to get you hooked up.
4. You go active
Whoop, whoop – the wait is over! Once the installation is complete, we’ll have you up-and-running within a few hours. Go on, enjoy endless entertainment with your brand-new high-speed internet connection.
