Vuma Reach is rolled out one area at a time. Before placing an order, check whether Vuma Reach is available at your address.

How to check your coverage
- Visit the Webafrica website.
- Enter your address in the coverage search bar on the homepage. Start typing your address, then select the correct address from the suggestions provided.
- Select Search or Check Availability.
- The available services and packages for your address will be displayed.
- Select the Fibre tab and look for Vuma Fibre Reach. If Vuma Reach packages are displayed, your address has Vuma Reach coverage.

Using the interactive map
You can also select Click here to use our interactive map or Use Our Interactive Map.
- Enter your address in the map search field.
- Select the correct address from the list.
- Check that the map pin is positioned on the correct property.
- Select Continue or Search.

Check the available packages
When Vuma Reach is available, you can compare the packages displayed on the coverage results page.
Select a package to view information such as:
- Monthly price
- Download and upload speed
- Installation time
- Payment method
- Included router or setup
- Contract terms
Expand What else you should know for more details.
Package speeds, prices and payment options may differ depending on your address.
If Vuma Reach is available
Select your preferred package and then select Order Now to continue with your application.

If Vuma Reach is not available
Vuma Reach coverage continues to expand, so an area that is not available today may become available later.
You can:
- Check your address again periodically
- Review the other Fibre options shown
- Select the Wireless tab to view available Wireless or LTE services

Already have a Vuma Reach ONT?
An ONT is the Fibre box installed inside the property.
When moving into a home that already has a Vuma Reach ONT, a new installation may not be required.
