We’ve decided to reduce clutter and we are now adding your downloadable invoices to your Customer Zone (CZ). Please click here to sign into your CZ. If you are having trouble signing in or forgot your details, please click here for information on getting a new password.
Once you are signed into the dashboard as per below, please click on ‘My Billing Options‘ > ‘Statements/Invoices‘ and navigate to your desired invoice for detailed information on it:
You can also view or download previous invoices from this page by using the date selection as in the top right (as seen in above image).
While you’re here, you can also check that you have the correct payment method listed and that it is up to date, to avoid any unnecessary internet suspensions.

- Open your WhatsApp, search for the contact, and pop us a message. The bot who runs our WhatsApp is called “Willie” and he’s available 24/7. Not only can Willie direct you to useful troubleshooting articles, but he can also tell you if there are any outages.
- If you contact “Willie” during our usual support hours, you can also opt to speak with a real support agent.
