Vuma Reach Refunds, Overpayments and Double Payments
If you’ve paid twice or paid too much for Vuma Reach, contact our Support team with your proof of payment or a bank statement. Card refunds take up to 10 business days. EasyPay refunds take 10 to 15 business days, because Vumatel has to approve them first.
I paid twice. Will I get my money back?
Yes. If you’ve paid twice for the same period, the extra payment is refunded. Contact our Support team and send:
- Your proof of payment for both payments (till slips, app confirmations or a bank statement)
- Your Vuma Reach account or order details
How long does a refund take?
- Card (PayFast): refunded back to your card, up to 10 business days
- EasyPay: 10 to 15 business days, after Vumatel approves it
Vuma Reach payments go directly to Vumatel, which is why EasyPay refunds need their approval first.
Do I need to give my bank details?
You might. If the refund is going to a bank account we don’t have on record, or you paid in cash, we’ll ask for a bank confirmation letter or bank statement, plus a copy of the account holder’s ID. Refunds are only for amounts you’ve actually paid.
What if I cancelled before my service was installed?
If you cancelled your order, or were charged before your service was installed, contact our Support team with your proof of payment. We’ll check your payment and arrange the refund.
Paid with the wrong EasyPay reference?
That’s not a refund. We can move the payment to the right place. See Paid but Vuma Reach Still Not Connected? Here’s What to Do.
