How to Pay for Your Vuma Reach Service
You can pay for Vuma Reach automatically by card through PayFast on the 1st or 16th of each month, or pay yourself each month using the Webafrica app, our online payment portal at pay.webafrica.co.za, or EasyPay at participating retailers or in the EasyPay app. Card payments reflect within about 15 minutes; EasyPay in store usually takes a couple of hours. Debit orders aren’t available for Vuma Reach.
Vuma Reach is a prepaid Fibre service, so you pay in advance to keep it active. There are two ways to pay:
- Automatic card payments: your card is charged automatically through PayFast on the 1st or 16th of each month. You don’t need to do anything, as long as the payment is successful.
- Paying yourself each month: pay in advance before your current month ends, using the Webafrica app, our online payment portal or EasyPay.
Debit orders aren’t available for Vuma Reach.
Option 1: Pay using the Webafrica app
- Open the Webafrica app.
- Select Billing.
- Tap the amount due.
- Enter your card details and confirm the payment.
Option 2: Pay through our online payment portal
This is the quickest option when you do not want to use the app.
- Go to pay.webafrica.co.za
- Enter the mobile number registered to your Webafrica account.
- Select Send.
- Enter the One-Time PIN sent to you by SMS.

Your service will be activated or renewed once the payment has been confirmed.
Option 3: Pay using EasyPay
You will need your unique EasyPay reference number. This was sent to you when you signed up and can also be found under My Billing in your Customer Zone.
Pay at a participating retailer
Take your EasyPay reference number to a participating retailer such as:
- Pick n Pay
- Checkers
- Boxer
- PEP
- SPAR
Tell the cashier how much you would like to pay and keep your receipt as proof of payment.
In-store EasyPay payments may take a few hours to reflect on your account. Keep your receipt as proof of payment and allow time for the payment to process before contacting Support.
Pay using the EasyPay app
- Open the EasyPay app.
- Select Pay a Bill.
- Select EasyPay Bill.
- Enter your EasyPay reference number.
- Enter the payment amount.
- Confirm the payment using your saved debit or credit card.
How long does it take to reflect?
- Webafrica app or online card payment: up to 15 minutes
- EasyPay in store: usually a couple of hours, sometimes several
Use only one payment method during each payment cycle. Switching between card and EasyPay during the same cycle may delay the payment or prevent your service from activating correctly.
Payment not reflecting?
