Festive Season FNO Freeze Periods for 2020/21
The festive season is upon us and some of the Fibre Network Operators (FNO) will shutdown for specific dates. During these times, our support for those services might be hindered.
Please take note of the following freeze periods:
All installations will be paused during these periods. If you have ordered a fibre service during these times please be aware that there will be a delay in getting you installed.
Lightstruck: 4 December 2020 – 18 January 2021
Vodacom Fibre: 11 December 2020 – 7 January 2021
Frogfoot: 15 December 2020 – 11 January 2021
Link Africa: 16 December 2020 – 11 January 2021
Openserve: 17 December 2020 – 6 January 2021
SADV: 18 December 2020 – 10 January 2021
Evotel: 19 December 2020 – 5 January 2021
Mitsol: 20 December 2020 – 10 January 2021
Octotel: 23 December 2020 – 3 January 2021
Vumatel (Vuma Core & Vuma Reach): 25 December 2020 – 3 January 2021
Webafrica offices & support channels will be available for the majority of the period. The only day all support, sales and offices will be closed is on 25 December.
Our offices and sales will be closed on 24-26 December, 31 December and 1 January. Don’t fear! Our WhatsApp support will still be available on those days to keep you online.
