Changing Tech: How to Upgrade your Webafrica Internet Connection

If you are an existing Webafrica customer and you are ready to change the way you connect to the internet you are in luck. We have a dedicated “Changing Tech” service built right into your Customer Zone for your convenience. 

So if you would like to change from, say, an ADSL connection to a faster connection such as LTE or Fibre, then simply follow the process below.

1. Log in to your customer zone.

2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see that the internet options for the address we have on record for you will automatically be displayed. 

If we have the wrong address on record for you, don’t worry, you will have a chance to update it in step 2 of this process. Just keep going till you get there!

You should see options which look something like this: 

3. Select an option from your options list. 

4. Choose the most appropriate option from the list below: 

5. Let us know which of your existing services you are replacing: 

6. Confirm your address details:

7. Confirm all the details, click “Submit”, and you’re done! 

Easy, right?

If at any stage you make a mistake (or change your mind) simply click the “Back” button at the bottom of each page.
