Webmail lets you access your Webafrica email from any device with an internet connection. You do not need Outlook, Apple Mail, or another email app to read and send email.
Open Webmail
Go to:
https://webmail.webafrica.org.za
Log In to Your Mailbox
Enter your full Webafrica email address as your username.
Example:
Then enter your mailbox password and select Login.
Important Security Tip
Avoid saving your mailbox password when using a shared or public computer, such as at work, school, a library, or an internet café.
Always log out of Webmail when you are finished.
When Should You Use Webmail?
Webmail is best when you need to:
Access your email from different devices
Check your email when you are away from your usual computer
Confirm that your mailbox password is working
Test whether an email issue is with your mailbox or your email app
Using One Main Computer?
If you mainly use one computer, an email app such as Outlook, Apple Mail, or Thunderbird may be better for daily use.
