Looking for your Webafrica invoice? You can view and download your latest invoices directly from your Customer Zone.
Webafrica invoices are available online, so you do not need to wait for an email copy.
How to View Your Invoice
Step 1: Log Into Your Customer Zone
Go to the Webafrica Customer Zone and log in with your account details.
If you have forgotten your login details, you can reset them from the login page.
Step 2: Select My Billing
Once logged in, select My Billing from the menu on the left.
This will open your billing page.
Step 3: View Your Latest Invoices
Under Latest Invoices, you will see your most recent invoices.
Each invoice will show:
- Invoice number
- Due date
- Amount
- Transaction type
- Download option
Step 4: Download Your Invoice
Select the download icon next to the invoice you want to save.
Your invoice will download to your device.
Need Older Invoices?
If the invoice you need is not shown under Latest Invoices, select More Invoices.
This will show additional invoices linked to your account.
Need a Statement?
If you need a statement instead of a single invoice, select 180 Days Statements from the billing page.
This lets you download a statement for recent account activity.
Check Your Payment Details
While you are on the billing page, you can also check your payment details.
This section shows how your account is currently set up for payment, such as EFT or card payment.
Keeping your payment details up to date helps avoid missed payments and service interruptions.
Why Did I Not Receive My Invoice by Email?
Your invoices are available in your Customer Zone.
If you did not receive an invoice by email, you can still log into your Customer Zone and download it from My Billing.
Also check that your contact details are correct on your account.
