Changed your mind and want to get reconnected?
No problem! You won’t need to place a new order; we’ve made it easy to get back online. Simply follow the below steps to reactivate your Webafrica service:
- Go to your Customer Zone and go to the “My Services” tab and select “Internet Access”
- Scroll down to the service you’d like to reconnect and click on “Reconnect My Service” on the right
- If you have no outstanding balance, you will be asked to confirm the service address and accept the reconnection fee. You will also receive your service level agreement (SLA) installation timeframe. Click “I agree” if you accept the address, reconnection fee, and SLA.
- Your reconnection request will now be logged and can take up to 5 days to be processed. We will send you confirmation once your service is active.
If you have an outstanding balance, you will need to settle the balance first before following the steps above.
