When you sign up with Webafrica you will be on our standard billing terms by default.
Your payment is due on the invoice due date.
Remember we bill in advance, for example, your September service is due for payment on 1 September, which will appear in the invoice available from your Customer Zone from 27 August.
Your first payment will be deducted 1-2 business days after your first invoice unless it falls within 7 days before the end of the month in which case it will be deducted on the first business day of the following month.
Resellers with signed VISP agreements can refer to their contracts for billing terms.
